Located in the heart of the renowned Chablis region, Thomas Labille is known as a passionate and modern winery deeply rooted in centuries-old Chablis traditions. Since its founding in 1987, when Etienne Boileau, Christian Simon, and William Nahan pooled their expertise and vineyards, the estate has become a benchmark in the production of authentic Chablis wines.

What began with 11 hectares has grown into an impressive 34.5-hectare estate , entirely dedicated to vinifying and maturing its own harvest. Thanks to ongoing investment—from modern presses and advanced thermoregulation to a state-of-the-art bottling line—the winery perfectly balances traditional craftsmanship with technological innovation. This commitment to quality has been repeatedly confirmed with several gold medals at the Concours Général Agricole .

The diversity of terroirs within its vineyards makes Domaine du Chardonnay unique. The estate produces Petit Chablis, Chablis, and several Chablis Premier Crus , including Vaillons, Montmains, Vosgros, and Mont de Milieu. These Right and Left Bank Premier Crus beautifully demonstrate how soil type, exposure, and wind influence the character and aromatic complexity of Chablis wine.

Since 2019, Arnaud Nahan and Thomas Labille have led the estate with the same passion and precision as their predecessors. With respect for the grape, the soil, and the vintage, they create wines that reflect the true character of the Chablis region: pure, mineral, vibrant, and refined.
