This Chablis Paradis, from a small but exceptional vineyard of just 0.60 hectares, grows on slopes with clay-limestone soils from the Kimméridgian period. This unique terroir produces a wine with an elegant and refined character that reflects the rich tradition of the region.

The aroma opens with delicate notes of lime blossom and a subtle hint of vanilla. On the palate, the wine offers a powerful, rounded, and wonderfully refined flavor experience, with vibrant citrus aromas and a hint of toasted bread. The result is a wine that feels both powerful and refined, with a perfect balance between freshness and complexity.

Ideally paired with dishes in a creamy white sauce or refined fish dishes, this wine elevates any dinner and is an excellent accompaniment to elegant culinary creations.

A true expression of craftsmanship and terroir, which with every sip reveals the exclusivity and beauty of its origins.

Reviews

Zlato, At first glance you suspect an orangewine….. the wine is a bit ‘thin’….. good to combine with Asian dishes but not those that are high in acid. We found the zlatarica more special …

Jezero. In a small glass, the wine came across as fruity and clean, with a subtle rustic undertone that was surprisingly pleasant. It showed a hint of nuttiness and a spicy touch, but remained above all juicy and lively. In a Burgundy glass, however, the wine felt much fuller, with an intense oaky note that was immediately noticeable—almost like a smack in the face. After an hour of being opened, it became richer and more layered, perfect for those who enjoy a more complex character.
